Dr. Obi Onyekachukwu Edward is called into the ministry to preach the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. He was trained and ordained to setting the captives free.
As a revivalist and a minister of deliverance ministry, he attended Faith Bible College and Theological Seminaries at Faith Christian University, DHU School of Ministries in Nigeria, Sure Foundation Theological Institute in Florida, and Cambridge World University in Carthage, Illinois. He obtained BA in theology, diploma in chaplaincy, MS in Christian counseling, and PhD in pastoral theology, as well as a diploma in deliverance ministry.
He also taught homiletics, practical evangelism, ethics of Christian counseling, and deliverance warfare’s in Nigerian seminaries for eight years.
Dr. Obi Edward, whose ministry has influenced so many toward the kingdom of God, was formerly the principal CEO of Bexspharm International Ltd., London, with an office in Dublin, Ireland.
He pastored churches in Nigeria, including St. Barthes Missionary Chapel, Lawanson, Lagos, and coordinated many Christian missionary programs and activities in Nigeria and West Africa, where he preached the Gospel, including Cameroon, Ghana, Banjul De Gambia, Sierra Leone, Pakistan, and many regions of Nigeria. Today, he is an international missionary coordinator living in New Jersey with his family. He is the president of CaresForLife International Gospel Foundation Inc., which coordinates daily prayer outreach called Prayer Partners Network of America and Christian counseling therapies with marriage, and a family mentoring leader.
He has written five books on prayer warfare, on deliverance, on evangelism, Acts, and on the signs of end-time. His wife, Ogechukwu, is a strong partner to his ministry. They were blessed with five children. He served as missionary and associate pastor at Baptist churches, planted New Covenant Anglican Church in Philadelphia, and coordinated All Saints Anglican Church in Queens, New York.
